Refund and Return policy
Overview
At Cor+, we are committed to providing you with high-quality dietary supplements that meet your expectations. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.
Claims Process
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team with the following:

A photo of the product issue

A brief explanation of the problem
Once your claim is reviewed, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of a refund or replacement. Approved replacements are shipped within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days.
Exemptions from Replacement/Refund We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Wrong Address: If the shipping address provided was incorrect, reshipment is at your expense.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipment cost.

Buyer's Remorse: We do not refund orders due to change of mind. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective.

Customs Rejection: If your package is returned due to customs issues, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation After Production: If your item has already been produced but not yet shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Uncollected FedEx Deliveries: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unpaid import duties and the shipment is destroyed or returned, we cannot issue a refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the EU 14-day cooling-off period, customers have the right to cancel or return their order. However, you must first accept the delivery of the goods. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your right to refund.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund:
